Gordon Wilson
Owner and Managing Director
Since qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1992, Gordon has gained substantial experience in business and in managing complex projects. He has particular expertise in commercial transactions, negotiation, forensic and fraud investigations, receivership, manager, inspector and other formal insolvency appointments.
Kathleen McGhee
Director
Kath joined the company in January 2017 as a Senior Consultant and was appointed to the board in June 2020. Kath has over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry in the Isle of Man. She is a qualified Paralegal and a long-standing member of both the Institute of Leadership and Management as well as the International Compliance Association (ICA). In addition, Kath has also completed the Prince2 Project Management Foundation Programme.
Yvonne Dermott-Weir
Advisory and Insolvency Manager
Yvonne manages Members Voluntary, Creditors Voluntary and Court Appointed Liquidations. She also deals with the accounting matters for the company.
Martin Wilman
Advisory and Insolvency Manager
Martin manages complex insolvency and regulatory cases and has responsibility for expanding the liquidations business as well as developing the technical expertise within the team.
